To support our plastic injection molding services, we work closely with a wide variety of approved tooling suppliers. Our suppliers are capable of building quick turn aluminum, low volume tooling up to Class "A" production molds. We strive to meet our customer demands by matching pricing, tooling and lead times to suit their project requirements.

We specialize in manufacturing direct cut aluminum tooling, P-20 steel molds, and Class “A” molds, to match your project needs. For production runs of up to 100,000 cycles, we produce aluminum prototype molds using our CNC machining equipment. For higher volume production runs, we manufacture P-20 steel and other hardened tools. We can offer cost-effective offshore tooling options too, if you require them.
